• Orders are shipped through registered courier partners across India
  
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
  
• Standard delivery timeline: 6–8 business days
  
• Express delivery (Metro & Tier-1 cities): 2–4 working days
  
• Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
  
• All orders are shipped from Jaipur, India
  
• Tracking details are shared after dispatch
  

International Shipping

• International delivery timeline: 10–12 working days
  
• Shipping charges depend on package weight
  
• Customers are responsible for custom duties and applicable fees
  
• For USA orders below $800, custom duty is generally not applicable
  
• Any additional clearance or handling charges must be paid by the customer

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners make two delivery attempts
  
• If unsuccessful, the shipment is returned to our warehouse
