Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are shipped through registered courier partners across India.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery for Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 working days
- Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
- All orders are shipped from Jaipur, India.
- Tracking details are shared with customers once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
- International delivery timeline: 10–12 working days
- Shipping charges depend on the package weight and destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or applicable import fees.
- For USA orders below Rs. 3000, custom duty is generally not applicable.
- Any additional customs clearance or handling charges must be paid by the customer.
Restricted Items For International Orders
The following items cannot be shipped internationally:

- Liquids
- Electronic Devices
- Inflammable Items
- Plants
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners generally make two delivery attempts.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
- Please ensure the correct address, PIN code, and mobile number are entered during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
